Remove Background (the “App”) is a photo-editing app for iPhone and iPad that removes image backgrounds entirely on your device. This document contains two parts: Part 1 — Privacy Policy and Part 2 — Terms of Use (EULA). By downloading or using the App you agree to both.

This policy covers the Remove Background iOS app distributed by Dishith Dhanani on the Apple App Store. It does not cover Apple’s own services (the App Store, iCloud, the Photos app), which are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
