Video Editor (the “App”) is a video and photo editor for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro that edits, composes, and exports your media entirely on your device. This document contains two parts: Part 1 — Privacy Policy and Part 2 — Terms of Use (EULA). By downloading or using the App you agree to both.

Part 1 — Privacy Policy

1. Summary (the short version)

The App has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads, and no trackers.
We collect nothing. Not your videos, not your photos, not your voice recordings, not your name, not your device identifiers, not even anonymous usage statistics.
Your media is processed by Apple’s on-device frameworks and never leaves your device.
The App makes no network requests at all — it works fully in Airplane Mode.
Everything the App creates is stored locally and is deleted when you delete the App.

Everything below is the detail behind those five lines.

2. Scope

This policy covers the Video Editor app distributed by Dishith Dhanani on the Apple App Store. It does not cover Apple’s own services (the App Store, iCloud, the Photos app), which are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

3. Information we collect

None. Concretely, by category:

Purchases	No	The App is free and contains no in-app purchases.

Because the App has no backend service, there is no server that could receive your data even in principle. The App contains no networking code, no third-party SDKs, and no remote configuration.

4. Your media and the on-device pipeline

Editing, compositing, filters, effects, and export run through Apple’s AVFoundation, Core Image, Core Graphics, and Vision frameworks, executed locally on your device’s CPU/GPU.
Videos, photos, and audio you import are copied into the App’s own sandboxed project folder so your originals in Photos are never modified. Nothing is uploaded.
